Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

At Devule, we are dedicated to delivering thoughtfully designed health technology that enhances your everyday wellbeing. If your experience does not meet expectations, we offer a straightforward returns process outlined below.

1. Returns Window

You may request a return within 28 days of delivery.

Requests made outside of this period will not be eligible for a refund or store credit, except where required under applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be returned in their original packaging
  • Be in a resellable condition

Given the personal-use nature of our products, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

  • Used items may be accepted, provided they remain in resellable condition
  • A 15% deduction will be applied to the original purchase price for all approved refunds on used items

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these standards.

3. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Refunds are only available within the 28-day return period
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer

Kindly allow a few business days for processing after your return has been approved.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as Devule cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

Please contact us promptly with supporting evidence (such as photos), so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges.

7. Initiating a Return

All returns must be authorised in advance.

8. Warranty

Every Devule product is backed by a 12-month limited warranty, reflecting our commitment to quality and reliability.

Coverage

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Mechanical or electrical faults
  • Failures occurring under normal, intended use

Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
