2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times
We proudly deliver to the United Kingdom, United States, and select international destinations.
Estimated delivery windows:
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- United States: 5–12 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Please note these are estimated delivery times; your order may arrive sooner or slightly later depending on your location and local courier conditions.

Orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be recoverable. Devule is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
In the rare event that your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:
- Contact the courier first to verify delivery details.

While we strive to provide complete support, Devule cannot guarantee replacement or refund for lost or stolen packages.
